- 1 Article from a Journal Issue

- Items to be scanned must conform to the Copyright Licensing Agency's terms and conditions.
- Please complete the form with as much information as possible regarding the material you require. Please write n/a in any fields where the information is not available to you.
- Library staff will provide an accessible PDF once available.
- If you require the scan in an alternative format, please inform us in the notes area.
- We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
- We can only provide item scans to those who agree to the following terms - you will be given the option to do so when you complete the form linked below:
